See It To Believe It
Some people need to see it to believe it. Our brains depend on our senses to give us the information to navigate the world. Is the cottage cheese still good? Sniff test to the rescue. Is the tire pumped up enough on your mountain bike? Give it a squeeze. The 5 senses are pretty useful.
It may seem like our senses are all we have to determine what is real. The problem is it’s only 1% of the story. The scientific world is only concerned with what can be measured and largely ignores the rest. Math equations have answers, and the mathematician feels smart because he knows the solution.
Why do most scientists ignore what can’t be measured? Power and control. They would have to admit there is a creator if they acknowledge the unknowable. They can’t measure what made it. (The knife can’t cut itself).
99% of reality is subatomic particles that our senses are unable to detect, much less measure. The spirit of God is unpredictable, immeasurable, unfathomable, and is the ultimate reality.
Math is cool though.
