You hear it often and maybe say it often. The next time you hear yourself say it, consider taking action instead of repeatedly blabbing about what you “need” to do.
Saying you “need to” do it and not doing it perpetuates the cycle of disintegration. The more you tell yourself you “need to” and decide not to, the less your heart believes your mind.
